SAMIDA Governing Body consists of 9 members. We are driven by our Core Values. Governance is very strong in the Organization. We promote accountability, participation and facilitate democratic decision making in all our efforts. The 9 member of Board is accountable for the operations of the organization. The board meets once in a quarter in the year. The governing board promotes the office bearers of the organization who implements the boards’ vision and mission. The office bearers are empowered by the board in managing the organizations affairs through the professionals hired based on the merit through transparent processes, driven by organization strategy documents. The Governance structure comprises of 9 members Governing Board comprises of Office Bearers: President, Vice President, Secretary and a Treasurer. No one in the Board has relationship with the other members. Entire Board comprises of committed, non-controversial, non-political and non-sectarian members from the Society.
